Your Visit

painting

Welcome to our practice and thank you for choosing Dundalk Pediatric Associates! For over 40 years, we have been dedicated to providing quality healthcare in a friendly and nurturing environment for infants, children, and adolescents.

We encourage preventive health care and recommend regularly scheduled preventive health care visits. These visits allow us time to monitor growth and development and provide complete immunization services.

New Patients

We see new patients by appointment only so that we can provide enough time for your first visit. When calling to schedule your first appointment, please inform our staff if your child has a special medical issue such as asthma or allergies, prematurity, diabetes, developmental delays, behavior problems, or other condition. Please call (410) 284-1133 to make an appointment. Some helpful information:

  • We accept most medical insurance, but please call before your first appointment to make sure that we take your child’s insurance.
  • Please bring all of your child’s medical records with you or have them transferred to us before your first appointment.

  • Please arrive 15 minutes early to complete New Patient Forms. If you prefer, you are welcome to download, complete, and bring the forms with you.

  • Please bring your child's medical insurance card and required co-payment to each visit.

Established Patients

After you have had your first visit and become an established patient, you can be seen by appointment and during walk-in hours. We will try to schedule your child with the provider of your choice. At times, however, it will be necessary to see another provider when your regular provider is unavailable.

Patient Check-in

Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment to allow for registration and check-in. Please bring your child's medical insurance card and required co-payment to each visit.

Between Visits

Any of our providers are happy to answer routine questions between visits regarding your child's health and symptoms of illness. If you feel the need to speak with your provider, our office staff will take a message and your provider will return the call by the end of the day.

Questions?

We want to provide the best possible care for your family. If you have any non-medical questions or concerns, please contact Sara Hinson, our practice administrator, or Donna Rockstroh, our office manager, at (410) 284-1133.

Referrals

We require 48 hours notice to process referrals.

Fees for School, Sports, Camp and Other Forms

There is no fee for completing school, sports, camp and other forms during your office visit. However, there is a $2.00 fee for completing forms without an office visit. Please have all necessary forms with you at the time of your visit to avoid a fee.
