Are You Expecting?

Congratulations!

Starting a family or welcoming another child into your family is a wonderful and exciting time. Along with the joy of a new baby, there are bound to be questions and concerns about how to care for your baby.

We are here for you and your family.

At Dundalk Pediatric Associates, we are honored to be chosen to join in your journey of raising a child.

The continuity of care and the amazement of watching a baby grow and develop into a wonderful child then young adult is one of the primary reasons that we all feel privileged to work in pediatrics.

What To Bring to Baby's 1st Appt?

  • Any paperwork from the hospital, including hearing screen results and immunization records.
  • Any available insurance information (often only the parent’s insurance is available at the first visit).
  • Identification such as a Driver's License.
  • A blanket - it is often cold in our office!

How to Schedule Your Newborn Appointment?

Tell the hospital staff that you have chosen Dundalk Pediatrics as your pediatrician. When your baby has been discharged, call us for an appointment. We have specific appointment slots kept open for newborn babies Monday - Saturday.  We require that your baby has been discharged from the hospital before scheduling the newborn appointment so we know when the hospital is recommending the baby be seen (i.e within 24 hours or in 3-5 days) and if there are any specific concerns or diagnoses we need to follow up.
