Below are instructions on how to pay your bill online:
- Enter the PATIENT name as the log in
- Enter the PATIENT'S date of birth
- Enter YOUR phone number
- Enter YOUR email address
- Enter YOUR mailing address (optional)
PLEASE NOTE: The balance due will not show, you will need to know the balance in order to enter the amount. (There is a 3% processing fee for credit cards and no charge if you enter your banking information.)
The system does NOT keep the payment information on file.
