How To Pay Your Bill Online

Below are instructions on how to pay your bill online:

1. Enter the PATIENT name as the log in
2. Enter the PATIENT'S date of birth
3. Enter YOUR phone number
4. Enter YOUR email address
5. Enter YOUR mailing address (optional)

PLEASE NOTE: The balance due will not show, you will need to know the balance in order to enter the amount. (There is a 3% processing fee for credit cards and no charge if you enter your banking information.) The system does NOT keep the payment information on file.
