Michelle Dressman, BSN, RN

Michele received her Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing from the Johns Hopkins University School of Nursing. She has been a pediatric nurse for over 20 years. Before coming to DPA, she worked as a floor nurse at the Johns Hopkins Hospital Children’s Center. Her experience in pediatrics includes medical/surgical, emergency and NICU nursing.


Maria Huyette-Arrizza, MA, BCBA, LBA


Parent Partner- Board Certified Behavior Analyst

Maria works with our families as a Parent Partner. She has years of experience navigating through the many local, state-wide, and national resources available to people with special needs and their families. She knows strategies for navigating DDA services, IEP/Special Education rights, rights under ADA,  community resources, and grant programs. As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) specializing in supporting people on the Autism Spectrum, she collaborates with many families to create a road map to their child’s long terms goals.  She is able to explain to caregivers the complex variables that can impact their child’s behavior and/or ability to learn new skills.  As a mother of a special needs child she knows first-hand how difficult it can be for families to access these resources for a variety of reasons.  She is passionate about supporting families who struggle to meet the complex medical, educational, or behavioral needs of their children.


Christine St. Ours, MS, RN, LDN, CNS

Health Educator- Registered Nurse- Licensed Dietetic Nutritionist

Christine completed her Post-Master’s Certification in Nutrition and Integrative Health at the Maryland University of Integrative  Health in December 2017. She completed the Nutrition Science Didactic Program in Dietetics (DPD) at Morgan State University (verified June 2014). She holds a Master of Science in Health Education and Community Health (completed 2002, Towson University) and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Maryland, Baltimore County (1993).
