Michele received her Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing from the Johns Hopkins University School of Nursing. She has been a pediatric nurse for over 20 years. Before coming to DPA, she worked as a floor nurse at the Johns Hopkins Hospital Children’s Center. Her experience in pediatrics includes medical/surgical, emergency and NICU nursing.
Shannon has been a Parent Partner at Dundalk Pediatrics for 2 years. Prior to that she was a Public Heath Dietician for 15 years. She has also navigated the health care system on behalf of her medically fragile daughter. Both experiences motivate her to support and advocate for patients who have special needs.
Health Educator- Registered Nurse- Licensed Dietetic Nutritionist
Christine completed her Post-Master’s Certification in Nutrition and Integrative Health at the Maryland University of Integrative Health in December 2017. She completed the Nutrition Science Didactic Program in Dietetics (DPD) at Morgan State University (verified June 2014). She holds a Master of Science in Health Education and Community Health (completed 2002, Towson University) and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Maryland, Baltimore County (1993).
Ruth Williams is the mother of a child with multiple disabilities, and she shares her wealth of experience with special needs to support the parents of children at our practice. She has an M.A. in Learning Disabilities and Child Development, 15 years of experience researching child language development, Research Certification in autism diagnosis and IQ testing, and loads of experience with IEP’s, disability accommodations, and medically complicated, but wonderful children. In her free time, she keeps bees and sells honey.
